1. Introduction
This returns and refunds policy applies to all digital products (WordPress plugins and themes) sold by WP-PLUGIN.store. Products are offered under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and do not include license keys or subscriptions.
2. Right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with Polish consumer law and European Union directives, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of purchasing a digital product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform WP-PLUGIN.store of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been irreversibly delivered and that have been started with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the seller has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
4. Returns
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, WP-PLUGIN.store will refund all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the buyer choosing a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery offered by WP-PLUGIN.store), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which WP-PLUGIN.store was informed of the consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
5. Complaints
